Nine Keys Botanica's Organic Healing Heart Oil used to assist in the healing process when recovering from hearth, trauma, loss, stress, physical or emotional pain.
Sit in a quiet space, anoint a white or blue candle and light it. Look directly into the candle. Allow the candle flame to connect to your heart space. Close your eyes taking deep breaths, visualizing the pain leaving the body and being burned by the flame.
You may also anoint over your heart rubbing in a circular motion toward the left side of your body.
Our intention oils are used to anoint candles, dab on the body, anoint spiritual tools, altars or added to baths and washes.
