There are recipes for elderflower based medications dating back to Ancient Egypt and other parts of Africa. Elderflower tinctures have been discovered alongside ancestor's unearthed tombs.

Magical Folk Uses: Protects against spiritual attacks and forces out evil, brings prosperity and good luck.
Medicinal Folk Uses: Known for it's antibacterial and antiviral properties; it may also help alleviate some allergies and boost the functioning of the immune system. Furthermore, elderflower is a diuretic, laxative, antiseptic; also carries inflammatory properties
Can be consumed as a tea or tincture. Tea is made by steeping 2–3 teaspoons (10–15 grams) of Organic Cleavers Herb in 1 cup (250 ml) of hot water for 10-15 minutes.
