Medicinal Folk Uses: Helps relieve spasms in smooth muscle tissue, was what made feverfew effective against migraines; eases arthritis related stiffness. Relieves menstrual cramps and fever.
Feverfew can be added to sachets, burn on a charcoal disc as incense or brewed as a tea
Preparation Suggestion: Tea is made by steeping 2–3 teaspoons (10–15 grams) of the herb in 1 cup (250 ml) of hot water for ten to fifteen minutes. People can drink three or more cups per day.
