Folk Name: “Velvet Dock”
Magical Folk Uses: Enhances psychic abilities and works involving scrying, divination, and astral travel. Known to evoke protection and draw in love. Elecampane Root is one part of the roots in Nine Herbs Bath blend.
Medicinal Folk Uses: Known to soothe respiratory ailments such as cough, bronchitis, tuberculosis and whooping cough.
To prepare as a tea Add 30g to a half gallon of boiling water. Turn heat on low and let simmer for one 1-2 hours. The longer the better. Strain and enjoy! Store the rest in the refrigerator
