How to Use: How to Use: Ensure that you physically cleanse your body with regular soap and water before taking a spiritual bath. Add 1oz of the herbal blend to a gallon of boiling water, steep and strain. Allow liquid to cool, slowly pour over your head while standing in a bathtub. Meditate on the desired goals and effects. Rinse with cool water. Allow yourself to air-dry. Repeat for 9 days
If you prefer to soak, pour herbal blend into the bathwater and soak for 15min. Meditate on the desired goals and effects. Rinse with cool water. Allow yourself to airdry.
