Medicinal Folk Uses: Traditionally used to treat women's reproductive problem such as menstrual cramps, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), and menopausal symptoms. It is also used orally as a "blood purifier"; to manage hypertension, infertility, joint pain, ulcers, anemia, constipation; and in the prevention and treatment of allergic attacks. Dong quai is also used orally for the treatment of loss of skin color and psoriasis.
To Prepare As Tea: Add 30g to a half gallon of boiling water. Turn heat on low and let simmer for one 1-2 hours. The longer the better. Strain and enjoy! Store the rest in the refrigerator
