Magical Folk Uses: Wish granting, growth and transformation, promotes development of psychic gifts and divination.
Medicinal Folk Uses: Traditionally used to support digestive and gastrointestinal health, liver health, healthy urinary function and has mild diuretic action. Additionally, Dandelion is used to soothe sore throats, uplifts mood and supports lactation.
To Prepare as a Tea Steep 2–3 teaspoons (10–15 grams) of the herb in 1 cup (250 ml) of hot water for ten to fifteen minutes.
