Magical Folk Uses: Wish granting, growth and transformation, promotes development of psychic gifts and divination, opens communication with the spirit world.
Medicinal Folk Uses: Traditionally used to support digestive and gastrointestinal health, liver health, healthy urinary function and has mild diuretic action. Additionally, Dandelion is used to soothe sore throats, uplifts mood and supports lactation. Mild appetite stimulant.
To Prepare As Tea: Add 30g to a half gallon of boiling water. Turn heat on low and let simmer for one 1-2 hours. The longer the better. Strain and enjoy! Store the rest in the refrigerator
