Magical Folk Uses: Traditionally used in rituals where determination, strength, fortitude, sustenance, and willpower is needed. Improves luck in gambling.
Medicinal Folk Uses: Traditionally used to treat fevers, high blood pressure, angina and menopausal symptoms. Kudzu root is rich in phytochemicals that help fight disease caused by inflammation. Can be used to treat alcoholism, as studies show that Kudzu reduces the desire for and consumption of alcohol.
Traditionally Prepared: Organic Kudzu Root Powder is traditionally prepared as an herbal shot or tincture. To prepare as an herbal shot, add 1/2-1tsp teaspoons of our Organic Kudzu Root Powder to 4oz of boiling water. Mix well. Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes.
Mixing Suggestions: Mix 1/2-1tsp with your favorite juice, add to your favorite smoothie.
