Medicinal Folk Uses: Traditionally used to treat upper respiratory infection, all forms of headache and sinusitis. Used in treatment for menstrual disorders, post-partum bleeding, coronary heart disease and poor circulation. Lovage Root is rich in Vitamin K, Vitamin C, calcium, potassium & magnesium.
Tea is made by steeping 2–3 teaspoons (10–15 grams) in 1 cup (250 ml) of hot water for ten to fifteen minutes.
